“AN OLIVE DAY” AT THE SUMMER FANCY FOOD SHOW
From June 12th to 14th 2022, we “put Europe” at the largest show in the United States dedicated to specialty foods and beverages: Summer Fancy Food Show.
An incomparable setting that every year brings together more than 40 sectors of the food service world, from 50 states and more than 100 countries, to taste, try, buy and create new contacts, and where our olives could not be missing.
We had 2 different areas:
- The “Olive Talks”, where the Spanish chef Jesús Núñez explained the origin, varieties and quality of olives, as well as all the pairing possibilities they offer. In addition, in this space, attendees received merchandising specially created for the fair, a jar opener and an information brochure.
- The “Olive Shows”, in which 3 chefs (Chad Bowser, Frank Novas and Raúl Vázquez) created different olive dressings.
All this, to create a unique and immersive gastronomic experience, through which visitors could live an “Olive Day” and discover what it means to “put Europe at your table”.
