- Arbequina green olives
- 1 boiled egg
- 0,53 Onz. Serrano ham
- 0,71 Onz. Mayonnaise
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Cut each of the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolk.
In a bowl, put the yolk, the minced serrano ham and the mayonnaise. Cut the olives in small dices and stir to mix all the ingredients together.
Stuff the eggs with this mixture and top with minced green olives.
