GREEN SUMMER SALAD
Five minutes is the time you will need to prepare the green salad with which you will triumph this summer. A delicious mix of sprouts, avocado and Queen olives!
- ½ cup Queen pitted olives
- 1 bag of mix of green sprouts
- 1 avocado
- ¾ cup of cooked prawns
- 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard in grains
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black and toasted sesame
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and chop the avocado in squares.
Make the vinaigrette mixing vinegar, mustard, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.
In a bowl, mix the green sprouts with the vinaigrette.
Serve the sprouts and add the olives, prawns, and avocado. End by decorating it with a little sesame and some whole olives.
