TUNA SALAD WITH OLIVES
It’s amazing how mixing tomato, onion, tuna and some olives stuffed with pimiento you can have this light salad ready in the blink of an eye!
- 3 oz. olives stuffed with Pimiento
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 cup of canons or watercress
- 1 small red onion
- 7 oz. tuna
- Extra Virgin olive oil
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the olives in slices. Set aside.
Cut the tomatoes into large squares and place them in a bowl. Clean the veggies and cut into thick julienne slices mix with tomatoes and canons, set aside a bit of them to decorate. Add olive oil and salt, stir and serve in a large bowl or table tray.
Finish with the tuna put in strips, a few leaves of canons more and the sliced olives.
