ORIENTAL TUNA WRAP
East and West will join hands in your kitchen when you prepare this simple but delicious tuna wrap, wakame seaweed and Manzanilla olives.
- ½ cup Manzanilla pitted olives
- 2 fresh tuna loins
- 1 avocado
- 2/3 cup of fresh wakame seaweed
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- Grated skin of 1 lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 corn tortillas of 5 inches
- 4 skewer sticks
- 1 tbsp. sesame
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the Manzanilla olives into slices and reserve some of them to decorate.
Peel and cut the avocado into slices.
Chop the tuna in cubes and season it in a bowl with olive oil, lemon zest and soy sauce.
We put our tortillas on a board and fill in this order: wakame seaweed, avocado slices, tuna and finish with abundant slices of Manzanilla olives and some sesame. Roll up and finish with a skewer and whole Manzanilla olives to decorate and do not let the wraps open up.
