TURKEY WRAP WITH OLIVES
As an appetizer in the middle of the morning or as a snack in the afternoon. These light turkey wraps, cheese and Hojiblanca olives are perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.
- 7 oz. Hojiblanca olives
- 5.3 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. turkey ham
- 4 large wheat tortillas for tacos
- 2.8 oz. arugula
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Ground black pepper
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the olives and the turkey ham into slices.
Extend the tortillas and spread with the cream cheese. Sprinkle some arugula and turkey strips. Finished with a thin trickle of olive oil, ground black pepper and some slices of olives setting aside some of them for the end.
Roll up the wraps, cut through the middle and put a little more of the olives sprinkled on top.
