- Hojiblanca olives
- Pastry flour
- Sugar
- Brown sugar
- Butter
- 1 egg
- Leaven
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Sieve the flour and add the leaven.
Step 2
On the other hand, mix the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar.
Step 3
Add the egg and stir to mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4
Add the flour and the minced olives.
Step 5
Let the dough rest in the fridge.
Step 6
Make some balls with the dough and put them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180º for 15 minutes.
