- Hojiblanca black olives
- 2,12 Oz. Cucumber
- 2,12 Oz. Red pepper
- 2,12 Oz. Green onion stalk
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Crusty bread slices
- Virgin olive oil
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Chop all the ingredients (Olives, cucumber, red pepper, onion and cherry tomatoes) and mix them.
Put the mixture over the bread.
To conclude, add more Hojiblanca olives to taste and dress it with virgin olive oil.
