- 15 oz. of olives stuffed with pimiento
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- Olive oil
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix the eggs well with the help of an eggbeater or a fork.
Add the olives in the flour, pass them through the egg and toss them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the olives in hot oil, once golden remove and rest on paper towel.
Chop the parsley. In a dish, put the breaded olives and prickle some of them with thoothsticks. Finish with the chopped parsley to decorate.
