OLIVES PATÉ AND PEAR

The bad thing about our pate of Manzanilla olives and pear is that it is so easy to enjoy with a little toasted bread that once you start, it will be hard to stop eating it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 oz. Manzanilla olives
  • 1.8 oz. walnuts
  • 1 pear
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Roasted sesame
  • Bread slices

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Cut the olives into slices and keep a couple of them whole. The rest we put in a kitchen robot with the nuts, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of pepper. We crush to integrate everything and set aside in a kitchen bowl.

Step 2

Peel the pear and chop it into very thin squares. Integrate with our olives pate.

Step 3

In a bowl or deep dish, put the pate and finish with a bit of toasted sesame, a few slices of olives and a couple of them whole. Serve with thin slices of toast.
