Mussels, Manchego cheese and Cacereña olives. Can there be a more Spanish tapa? Dare to try it!

INGREDIENTS

  • Cacereña olives
  • 4 pickled mussels
  • 1,41 Oz. cream cheese
  • Tarragon
  • Virgin olive oil

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Chop the mussels and make a paste with them mixing with cream cheese and olive oil.

Step 2

Mix the paste with the olives and add a little tarragon.
