PICA PICA

Picual extra virgin olive oil, shaved tomatoes, basil-leek aioli, olives, pickled garlic, piparra peppers, and fresh country bread.

INGREDIENTS

  • Green and black marinated olives
  • 500gr mixed, pitted spanish olives
  • 1 pic lemon zest
  • 0.5 pic lemon juice
  • 1 pic orange zest & juice
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
  • 0.25 ts ground garlic
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Drain olives from natural juices and take them into a bowl.

Step 2

Grate orange peel and add its juice to olives.

Step 3

Grate lemon peel and add its juice to olives.

Step 4

Take some thyme leaves and add them to olives.

Step 5

Crush black pepper, grind garlic and add them to olives.

Step 6

Add rest of ingredients, mix well and keep in refrigerator.
