SMOKED SALMON CANAPE WITH OLIVES
Surprise your guests and friends with these delicious canapes. They are sophisticated but very easy to prepare. They will save you from more than one hurry!
- 200 gr chopped Hojiblanca black olives
- 10 canape toasts
- 170 gr smoked salmon
- 150 gr cheese cream
- Virgin olive oil
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Spread cheese on the toasts.
Put portions of smoked salmon on top of the cheese and place some slices of olives on top of the salmon.
Dress with olive oil and add pepper and dill to taste.
You can grate more black olives and sprinkle them over the canapes.
